This mentorship program is designed to help members of the PIP community find meaningful mentor-mentee relationships that foster personal and career growth, shared learning, and help them form lasting connections with other PMs in the community.

Through structured mentoring relationships, we aim to help PMs at various career stages find valuable guidance, share insights, and establish lasting connections that contribute to their personal and professional development.

❇️ How it works

We create mentor/mentee pairs based on compatible goals, career profiles, and other available attributes. More Senior PMs are matched with Mid-level PMs, and Mid-Level PMs, in turn, are matched with Junior PMs.

Each mentorship cycle runs for three months(12 weeks), and after each round, there are opportunities to give feedback and improve the program.

We help facilitate a good mentorship relationship by providing mentor/mentee guides and check-in surveys.

Mentors and mentees can coordinate their schedules to find the best times to meet, ensuring their interactions align with their goals and make the most of the program.

However, they must meet at least once every 4 weeks throughout the 12-week program.

👨🏽‍💻 Who should apply

This program is ideal for those seeking a meaningful, ongoing mentorship relationship that could extend well beyond the three-month cycle. This is not a solution for quick advice on one-off issues or a shortcut for job-hunting help. Our mentorship pairs focus on shared learning, career growth, and holistic development in product management.

If you plan to apply as a mentee, we encourage you to also consider participating as a mentor. For any rung of the career ladder you’re on, there are at least 5 people trying to figure out how to get to where you are.
